Job Duty

• To liaise with other departments within the company to ensure that business development strategies are rolled out smoothly and that they are in alignment with the company corporate values and objectives.
  
• To develop and coach a highly motivated sourcing team to achieve sales and service targets.
  
• To prospect target customers, promote and maximize sales.

REQUIREMENT :

• A good command of spoken English , Cantonese & Mandarin is essential.
  
• Age above 28 and at least 3 years working experience preferably in management level
  
• Strong leadership and good communication skills
  
• Less experience may apply for Sourcing Executive

COMPENSATION PACKAGE :

• HK$20,000 per month
  
• commission and team development bonus
  
• medical benefits and travel incentives.

• Degree in marketing / business or related discipline, overseas graduate is preferrable
